ParticipantOkay, so, it seemed to need about 10 mins to attach to my first attempt but the screen did not show the attachment.
I’ll blame my rural internet otherwise I’ll go mad thinking I can’t operate a simple forum.May the force be with you all!
arlene

ParticipantMy chosen prime area was Communication and Language – listening and attention.
I selected Nursery rhyme reading for the 0-2yr olds. The task may well incorporate aspects of Understanding and Speaking too.

ParticipantThanks for letting me know Hayley, it was definitely not meant to be blank. I’ve no idea why I can’t use the forum intuitively. Is it part of the assessment? Ha! I’ll try again.

I was trying to think around a suitable reading resource for a newborn and I asked myself how developed would their vision be. I was then able to find out about high contrast black and white picture books for this age group.

ParticipantForum use tip:
Okay folks, I think my drama has been that the forum system requires a little more patience to attach and then upload. Avoid double taps.
It seemed to take a while to a display that both attachments were in fact attached, hence the third attempt before I had noticed.arlene

ParticipantGreat Nicky! Thank you

ParticipantGreat!Thanks Kay & Kay.
Now, seeing I’m the first one to get here just yet I had almost started a ‘new topic‘ to generate the sub-topics for our interim task uploads but I thought better of it in case I risked confusing the nomenclature you’d all prefer. (That was what I personally failed to get to grips with on the original forum and I’m a novice forum user.)
Will you be ‘authoring’ these for us or is it appropriate to bash on?arlene
ParticipantGosh folks, as a newbie to the EY world, it’s encouraging for me to find some links between actual theorists and what I think I’ve naturally been trying to do in my interactions with the children…there’s hope for me!

ParticipantMany thanks Nicky, I note a few from the reading list are included in the bag. Wonderful; I can avoid duplications.
